Welcome to Happy mind Happy life counselling centre!

Welcome! I’m Monika Jha, a licensed psychologist with over 13 years of experience in providing psychological counselling , assessments and therapy. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health, focusing on the unique needs of each individual. My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions. Holds an RCI license, specializing in psychological assessment and therapeutic interventions.

Approach

My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , EFT and play therapy. I adapt my methods to fit each client’s unique needs, using creativity and empathy to build rapport and promote healing.

Experiences

Provides online and offline counselling, psychological testing, and therapies for anxiety, stress, marital issues, drug abuse, PTSD using CBT, EFT, behaviour modification, etc at Happy Mind Happy Life Counselling Centre. Visiting every week in Rishikul Vidyapeeth School ,Sonipat as school counsellor. Visiting at Giridhar Hospital as a Child psychologist in Astitva neurodevelopmental center. Worked as Clinical/Rehabilitation Psychologist in Pandit Deen Dayal National Institute for Persons With Physical Disabilities. Manages Mental Health Helpline and conducts assessments and interventions for Autism, ADHD, GDD in Early Intervention centre. Offers Parental Counselling. Worked with adolescents, Conducted career guidance programs, motivational talks, and workshops for students, teachers, and parents. Workshops and counselling for substance abuse, gender sensitization, and many more in Delhi Government School.

Personal Interests

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy music, reading, and spending time with my family. I am passionate about mental health advocacy and often volunteer with local organizations to raise awareness and support those in need .
